i was at Terminal 3 about 2 weeks ago, the ladies toilet was
filthy.. used papers all over the basins, toilet paper was almost
out..and some bowls were ...*i dun want to say here*..
there was a rating thingy on the wall, and with the poor cleaner
face on it....i think the rating will go...erh....oh man!!
T3 is quite terrible. Reminds me, the new public bldg e facilities
though look modern, is not easy to maintain.
